As a certified life and social counselor as well as a bodywork practitioner, I combine various methods to support you on your path to greater well-being and inner balance.
Supporting self-regulation and the healing process
Helpful for: Stress, exhaustion, depression, headaches, tension, neck pain, jaw pain, dizziness, sleep disorders, psychological support in difficult life phases
Duration: approx. 50 minutes (usually supine position, please wear comfortable clothing)
Method for rapid reduction of emotional and/or physical stress and associated inner blockages. The muscle test is used as an additional instrument.
Process: Discussion of concerns and goals, finding stress triggers, "testing and waving" for the next steps
Technique for emotional balance and well-being, deconditioning of exaggerated emotional reactions. Developed by Dr. med. Maria Grazia Parisi.
Process: Discussion of concerns, finding the key emotion to be released/integrated, formulating a solution sentence
